浅谈工程量清单的编制

文章依据《建设工程工程量清单计价规范》,围绕当前工程量清单编制实践中存在的一些共性问题,分别对分部分项工程量清单、措施项目清单、其他项目清单三部分的编制方法逐一进行了探讨。文章并结合案例分析了工程量清单项目设置过程中项目名称设置、工程特征表述与工程内容描述间的区别与联系,指出准确编制工程量清单应注意的问题。

In aceordance with the common problems in the drawing of biU of quantities, the article introduces respectively the drawing methods of subitems, measure items and the other items. And it also combines with a project to analyze the difference and relationship among project name, engineering characteristic statement and engineering contents and finally to point out the precautions in bill of quantities drawing.
