摘要
文章通过对上海市《建设工程造价咨询规范》的分析,指出该规范的实施,不仅可以解决现阶段我国工程造价咨询中存在的问题,而且对推动造价行业的发展有着重要影响。
Through the analysis of the Shanghai local regulation Construction Cost Consulting Standard, the article points out that the implement of the standard not only resolves the open questions but also has great significance to promote the development of the cost consulting industry.
