全过程跟踪审计作为科学的建设项目管理方法,主要依据国家政策、技术规范、定额、招投标文件、合同等为依据,对基建工程项目全过程跟踪审计控制,以促进建设项目实现"质量、速度、效益"三项目标。文章结合建设工程项目跟踪审计中的实践,重点从六个方面论述了跟踪审计工作的主要内容。
