摘要
建筑工程项目施工管理是建筑施工企业根据经营发展战略和企业内外条件,通过生产诸要素的优化配置和动态管理,以实现工程项目的合同目标、工程经济效益和社会效益。文章通过分析建筑工程项目施工管理中存在的问题,阐述了项目施工管理创新的必然性,提出了创新的原则和方案。
Project management is for the construction enterprises to make the most optimum distribution and dynamic management of all the production factors according to its own developing strategy and its joint conditions in order to finally realize the contracted object, economic and social benefits of the building project. Through the analysis of problems in project management, necessity of project management innovation is explained; principle and ~heane for innovation is brought out.
