摘要
目的通过理论强化、见习测评、实习训练等方法提高学生对住院儿童心理因素的认知和护理。方法(1)采用影响住院儿童适应因素量表对44位学生进行教学前后调查;(2)采用上海市中等卫生学校儿科整体护理考核表对44位学生进行整体护理个案考核。结果(1)教学后总平均成绩为(56.65±14.28)分,高于教学前总平均成绩(49.80±12.14)分(P<0.05);其中六组影响因子中教学后比教学前在生活习惯因子、丧失因子、疾病因子、环境因子中的认知程度均有提高(P<0.05)。(2)实习后平均总成绩为(91.36±3.55)分,明显高于实习前平均总成绩(80.43±4.94)分(P<0.01);其中对患儿心理护理、健康指导、护理计划实施等内容平均成绩实习后明显高于实习前(P<0.01)。结论课堂理论教学与临床实践紧密有机的结合对于提高学生对住院儿童心理因素的认知和护理具有重要意义。
Ohjective To increase the nurse student's recognition of hospitalization children by teaching and clinic training. Methods (1)44 nurse students were checked by using the measurement of the influence factors of the adaptation for hospitalization children. (2)44 nurse students were checked by using the measurement of pediatric holistic nursing of Shanghai health school. Results (1) The recognition of the nurse students of the influence factors of the adaptation for hospitalization children were higher after teaching, the difference was significant( P 〈 0.05). All the factors were higher except adaptation factors and other factors(P 〈0.01 ). (2)The results of pediatric case checking were higher after practice teaching. The difference was significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The difference of nursing plan and psychological nursing and the health guide were extremely significant(P〈 0.01). Conclusion It was sig- nificant to increase the nurse student's recognition of hospitalization children by the well knit arrangement of teaching and clinic training.
