Probe into the Drives for the Development of Public Libraries

公共图书馆发展的动因有三:社会的需求是动力,政府的态度是关键,图书馆人的辛勤付出是保障。三者通过科学发展观达成共识以互动,推进公共图书馆事业健康持续发展。

It has heen put forward that there are three drives for the development of public libraries： the need of the society, the attitude of the government and the work of the libraries, which would come together through scientific development concept, and act each other to drive the sustaining development of the public libraries.
