摘要
借助知识供应链的概念和模型,对创新型国家知识需求的内容、生产和实现机制进行分析,并在此基础上提出基本性对策建议。
The paper uses the architecture of knowledge - supply - chain to analyze the content and produeing/attainment mechanism of innovation - based coun try＇ s knowledge- hased needs. At last, the author gives some basic suggestions.
