文章系统地提出了导入营销学中的"促销理念"开展图书馆宣传工作的观点和方法,以科学发展观为指导对新形势下图书馆宣传工作如何创新和发展进行了有益的探讨。
In the article, the significance of library propaganda work has been reaffimed in the new circumstances, and the viewpoint and method has been first systematically brought forward that "sale promotion tactics" in marketing has been leading- in to library propaganda work.
