摘要
并校图书馆怎样才能实现1+1>2的效益,关键在于对合并后图书馆人力资源的开发和利用的程度。文章围绕合并院校图书馆的现状、人力资源的管理原则及素质要求、人力资源的开发对策等内容进行探讨。
How to realize a "1 + 1 〉 2" effect of a new library after a school - merging operation, relies on the development of the library human resource after such an event as well as the utilization of it. This paper mainly focuses on the current status of the new library, management principle and professionalism demand of human resource as well as the development strategy of human resource.
