堆肥中烟草黑胫病拮抗放线菌的筛选

Screening of Antagonistic Actinomyces against Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae from Compost

从堆肥土壤中分离筛选对烟草黑胫病具有拮抗作用的放线菌。用平板法对所采样品进行菌株分离获得原始放线菌275株。以烟草黑胫病菌为指示菌,采用对峙培养法,通过室内拮抗试验初步获得具有一定拮抗效果的菌株:A3、A4、A6、A10、A12、A24。其中A12拮抗效果最好,达4.50cm;其次是A10,达3.98cm;A6达3.56cm。同时采用盆栽法测定各个菌株的抑菌活性,试验结果表明,A6的防治效果最好,达到44.21%;其次为A24、A12、A10、A4,分别为21.11%、12.46%、6.51%和6.03%,说明菌株A6具有进一步开发的潜力。

The antagonistic actinomyces were isolated from the compost . Use plate method for the sampling conducted by the strain separation, purification training, we get 275 original actinomyces. Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotianae to the instructions of using confrontational culture, through indoor antagonistic tests, initial results have certain antagonistic strains ： A3, A4, A6, A10, A12, A24. The best is A12, antagonistic to 4.50 cm; followed by the A10, up 3.98 cm; A6 of 3.56. Determination pot at the same time using various strains of antimicrobial activity, test results show that A6 is the best effect, to 44.21%, followed by the A24, A12, A10, A4, respectively, 21.11% .12.46% .6.51%and 6.03%, the strain A6 with further development potential.
