合肥市农业推广体系建设的现状与发展对策

Status and Developing Countermeasures of Agricultural Extension System in Hefei City

为了促进合肥市农业推广和社会主义新农村建设的发展,为合肥市新型农业推广体系的构建提供决策依据,在分析合肥市农业推广基本现状及主要成绩的基础上,指出目前合肥市农业推广存在的主要问题,即推广体制不完善、推广手段和内容落后、推广经费严重紧缺、推广队伍结构不合理、推广主体间协调不够;并针对这些问题,从体制创新、资源整合、队伍建设、经费投入等方面提出了相应对策。

The studies were carried out to provide decision -making reference for the design of agricultural extension system in Hefei City and to further agricultural extension and new socialist countryside construction in the city. Based on the analyses of the basic status and the main achievements of agricultural extension in Hefei City, in this paper the main existing problems, i. e. incomplete agricultural extension system, behindhand extension means and contents, serious shortage of extension outlay, low quality extension personnel, backward service facilities and inconsistent extension subjects, were pointed out, and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward, which were the innovation of extension system, integration of extension resource, construction of extension staff, investment and harmonizing extension units.
