辅导员身处高校思想政治教育工作第一线,是高校人才培养的重要力量,在高等教育中有着举足轻重的作用。辅导员做好思想政治教育工作是高校学生管理部门值得探讨的问题。
Counselors are not only on the first line of college ideological and political education work, but also an important force in personnel training in colleges, they play a vital role in higher education.
