高等农业院校贫困生心理问题及对策分析

高等农业院校贫困生存在着一定的心理问题,社会、高校贫困生资助及教育工作、家庭教育等诸多因素都对贫困生心理产生影响。高等农业院校应建立经济、学习、心理多位一体的贫困生援助体系,细致深入地做好贫困生思想政治工作,帮助贫困生实现顺利就业。

The poverty in higher agricultural universities have certain psychological problems. Many factors such as the society, the universities＇ subsidization, the educational works and the family education have an effect on the poverty psychology. The higher ag- ricultural universities should establish a multiple aid system including economy, study and psychology, and develop the ideological and politicai work among the poverty carefully and thoughtly, in order to help the poverty with their employment smoothly.
