浅谈高校水电管理的问题与对策

The Problems and Strategies of the Management on the Water and Electricity in the College and University

随着高校的快速发展,各高校水电费大幅上升,成为沉重的包袱。从管理观念、管理体制、制度建设、水电管理队伍四个方面分析了原因,并结合高校的实际,从转变观念、强化宣传、加强领导、制度保障和学习先进技术方法、人才培养五个方面提出对策。

The costs of the water and electricity have risen by a big margin and become the load of the college and university during the process of its developing. In accordance with the practices including the ideal, the system, the mechanism and the talent, in order to heighten the whole professional levels, the author argues the management ideal should be transformed, the progaganda should be enhanced, the lead should be strengthen, the system should be protected and the talent should be cultivated. So the better guarantee can be offered for the college and university.
