摘要
根据创伤代谢的特点,以牛奶中的酪蛋白为氮源,糊精为碳水化合物来源,添加一定比例的中链甘油三酯(MCT)和玉米胚芽油,研制符合创伤及其恢复者的整蛋白型肠内营养制剂。
The research and development of complete EN preparation according to characteristics of post trauma metabolism was studied and total protein was prepared by casein from milk as source of nitrogen, dextrin as source of carbohydrate and adding MCT and corn oil at certain proportion.
