摘要
利用响应面分析法优化了酶法提取辣椒素的条件,在统计分析后得出了果汁专用复合酶作用于云南丘北辣椒提取辣椒素的酶解方程,精确地预测了辣椒素的提取率。
This paper presents the optimized distilling conditions by response surface methodology. We also have obtained the enzymatic equation of special syrup enzyme on capsicum of Yunnan Qiubei and could accurately predict the distilling rate of capsacin.
