摘要
对杜仲扦插枝条进行干旱胁迫和在不同干旱条件下复水,观察扦插枝条的生长情况,测定相应生理指标变化。结果发现:遭受干旱胁迫逐渐萎蔫至死亡的扦插枝条,与水分相关的参量—枝条水势和蒸腾速率—呈现出突变,其突变的发生与枝条的永久萎蔫成对应关系。
Through using water stress treatment and rewatering under different drought conditions to Eucommia ulmoides Oliv cutting. observed the growth and study the physiology change of the cuttings under different soil drought. The results showed that: suffered from drought stress and died away at last, the cutting' s water potential and transpiration rate had break change which had corresponding relationship with permanent wilting.
