半腱肌腱人字形重建修复膝内侧副韧带损伤

Surgical renovation for medial collateral ligament injury with semitendinosus in ∧-shape

目的探讨半腱肌腱人字形对膝关节内侧副韧带断裂进行重建修复的方法和疗效。方法对37例膝关节内侧副韧带断裂患者进行手术治疗,采用切取半腱肌腱折叠为两股,人字形重建挤压螺钉固定的方法修复内侧副韧带。结果37例患者按照Lysholm评分法评估患者手术前后的功能,术前平均41分,术后平均77分。结论半腱肌腱人字形重建修复膝内侧副韧带,发挥了膝内侧副韧带固有的生物力学效能,关节功能恢复满意。

Obiective To explore procedure and effects of surgical renovation for medial collateral ligament injury with semitendinosus in Homo sapien shape. Methods The 37 cases of medial collateral ligament （MCL） injury was treated with following surgical procedure： semitendinosus in A Tshape renovation and extrusion screw,then the therapeutic effects were evaluated with the Lysholm Score System. Results The postoperative score （mean 77）of the 37 cases was higher compared with the preoperative score （mean 41）. Conclusion The method of surgical treatments with semitendinosus in A-shape renovation and extrusion screw for medial collateral ligament injury is effective, and can better improve knee stability and function.
