超声乳化吸除白内障并可折叠硅凝胶人工晶体植入术

Phacoemusification combined with foldable intraocular lens implantation for cataract

目的探讨超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠硅凝胶人工晶体植入手术效果。方法对35例(36眼)行超声乳化白内障吸除联合折叠硅凝胶人工晶体植入患者的术后视力、屈光状态、角膜水肿、前房反应、角膜内皮细胞损失率进行回顾性总结。结果术后1、7、30、90d裸眼视力在0.5以上的眼数分别为25(79.4%)、29(80.6%)、32(88.9%)、33只眼(91.7%),术后3、7d角膜散光度为(1.02±0.83)、(0.85±0.37)D,与术前的(0.95±0.87)D比较,无明显差别。术后角膜水肿及前房炎性反应轻。角膜内皮细胞损失率为11.7%。结论该手术切口小、操作简便、术后反应轻、散光小,使患者在术后短时间内即可获得最佳视力,且屈光状态稳定,大大缩短了康复的时间。

Objective To probe into the therapeutic effects of phacoemulsification combined with foldable intraocular lens （IOL） implantation for cataract. Method On 36 eyes with cataract of 35 cases phacoemulsification combined with foldable IOL implantation was performed.The results of postoperative vision,refraction,corneal edema,anaterior chamber flare and the rate of corneal endothelial cell loss were retrospectively summarlzed.Results The uncorrected visual aeuities at postoperative lday,lweek,lmonth, 3months,≥0.5 were 25 eyes（79.4%）,29 eyes（80.6%）,32 eyes（88.9%）,33eyes（91.7%）,respeetively,The mean dioters of astigmatism at postoperative 3 day,1 week,hnonth and 3 months compared with that before the surgery had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.The postoperative corneal edema and anterior chamber flare were mild,and the rate of endothelial call loss was 11.7%. Conclusion The surgical procedure has smaller incision and easy to perform.Postoperatively the reaction is mild,the change of astigmatism is small in degree,the best visual acuity can be obtained at the early stage and the refractive status is stable,thus the duration for restoration is greatly shortened.
