吸烟对飞行员肺通气功能的影响

Trail study of influence of smoking on pilots' ventilatory function

目的探讨吸烟对飞行员肺通气功能的影响。方法将国产战斗机飞行员和健康地勤人员各40名分为吸烟组和非吸烟组,分别测定肺通气功能指标。结果吸烟组反映小气道功能的指标MMEF、V50、V25下降,吸烟组与非吸烟组比较有显著性差异。结论吸烟影响肺通气功能,早期主要表现为小气道功能减退。

Objective To invesitgate the influence of smoking on pilots＇ventilatory function. Methods 40 male pilots and 40 healthy male groundcrew were respectively divided into smoking group and nonsmoking group,ventilatory function was measured in these groups. Result There were significant difference in MMEF,V50and V25 between smoking group and non-smoking group. Conclusion Smoking could injure ventilatory function,and initial manifestations are hypofunction mainly in small airway.
