摘要
文章认为，地勘单位内部管理体制是由地勘单位所处的外部环境和内部条件所决定，要随着其环境和条件的变化而变化。文章作者结合本队的实际对如何构建队级法人单位内部管理体制的若干问题提出了自己的看法和意见。
It is pointed out in the paper that the internal management system of geologicalprospecting units depends on their external environments and internal conditions, which thereforeshould vary with the changes of these environments and conditions.
