我院临床科室近期使用抗生素的抽查分析

Analysis of Survey by Random Sampling of Antibiotic Application by Clinical Department for Inpatients in our Hospital Near Term

目的了解我院抗生素使用的现状,为合理使用抗生素提供参考。方法随机抽查我院4个临床科室2007年7～11月的出院病历656例,对抗生素的使用情况进行统计分析。结果使用抗生素有503例,占76.7%。抗生素使用不合理76例,占15.1%;其中抗生素联合使用不合理最多,占不合理项的25.5%。结论我院抗生素的合理使用还存在较多问题,抗生素合理使用水平有待进一步提高。

Objective To understand the situation of the clinical use of antibiotic in our hospital in order to guide the rational use of them. Methods Six hundreds and fifty - six cases of four clinical departments from July to November in 2007 were randomly chosen to analyze statistically the situation of the clinical use of antibiotic. Results There were 503 cases（76.7%） with using antibacterial drugs. There were 76 cases （15.1%） with irrational clinical use of antibiotic. The rate of irrational combined use is at the first place （25.5%） in all situation of the irrational clinical use. Conclusions There are some problems with the rational use of antibiotic in our hospital, and the level of the rational clinical use of antibiotic has to be raised further.
