摘要
目的探讨广州地区社区护士岗位的设置和岗位任务的安排情况,为社区护士岗位的设置提供理论依据。方法采用自行设计调查表,调查广州地区社区护士岗位的设置和岗位任务的安排情况。结果65%的调查者认为在一个3万人口的社区应设置10名以上的护士;50%以上认为广州社区应配置出巡班、正班和康复护理班;100%以上认为社区护士学历应该大专以上;55%以上认为社区护理的工作应完善社区人员的档案管理、与医院/其他社区联系、院前急救应急、协助计划生育和公共卫生等。结论广州社区护理应适当增加护理人员的数量,同时增强对护理人员的培训,工作内容应完善,应开展到居民生活的各个方面,同时拓展社区服务范围。
Objective To explore the post assignments of community nurses in Guangzhou for the purpose of providing a theoretical basis for the post allocation of community nurses. Method A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the post allocation and post assignments in nurses in Guangzhou. Results 65% of the interviewers thought more than 10 nurses should be allocated in a community with population of 30,000. More than 50% of the interviewees supposed that the community nurses should be assigned into inspection shift, normal shift and rehabilitation nursing shift. All of them thought the community nurses should hold a junior collegiate diploma. 55% of them believed that the assignments of community nurses should cover archives' management of community residents, contacting hospitals and other communities, pre-hospitalization emergency treatment, assistance in family planning and public health. Conclusions Guangzhou communities should employ more nurses. The training over the nurses should be enhanced. Nursing contains should be completed, involving into each aspect of resident's life. Meanwhile, community nursing scope should be widened as well.
