SWOT分析在断指再植术患者中的应用及护理

目的通过对断指再植患者进行SWOT分析,采取个性化护理措施,评价患者的心理状况,促进患者断指再植术后的康复。方法120例断指再植患者随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上,通过SWOT分析,进行个性化护理。分别评价两组患者的一般评价指标,包括并发症发生率、住院时间、康复知识知晓率、患者护理工作满意度及日常生活自理能力,以及实施护理干预前后的焦虑、抑郁评分。结果两组患者在康复知识知晓率、满意度、并发症、自理能力、住院时间方面有显著性差异,其中观察组康复知识知晓率、满意度及自理能力方面均高于对照组,而在并发症及住院时间方面均低于对照组。两组的SAS和SDS值实施护理后的差异有统计学意义,其中观察组实施护理后的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组。结论将SWOT分析法运用于断指再植患者的手术护理中,制订有针对性的护理措施,对患者的康复非常有利。

Objective To evaluate patients＇ psychological state and promote severed fingers recovery through SWOT analysis by way of individualized nursing care on patients with replantation of severed fingers. Methods 120 patients were assigned to observation group and control group, the former treated with individualized nursing care by way of SWOT analysis and the latter with routine nursing care, The general assessment indexes including incidence of complication, hospitalization duration, awareness rate about rehabilitation knowledge, satisfaction rate of patients with nursing work, daily self-care ability of patients as well as pre-and post-interventional scores of anxiety and depression, were respectively evaluated and then compared. Results There were significant differences between the two groups in knowledge awareness, satisfaction, complications, self-care ability, hospitalization duration. The observation group was scored higher than the control group in awareness rate of rehabilitation knowledge, satisfaction and self-e.are ability, and lower than the control group in complications and hospitalization duration. SAS and SDS grades in the two groups after nursing intervention were significantly different, with anxiety and depression grades of the observation group lower than those of the control group. Conclusion SWOT analysis can be used to make pertinent nursing measures, which is beneficial for the patients＇ recovery.
