摘要
目的探讨人本原理在护理管理中的应用方法。方法在护理管理中,护理管理者要不断提高自身素质,最大限度地词动各级护理人员的工作积极性并满足患者的需求。结果以人为本的护理管理,激发了护理人员的潜能和工作热情,提高了患者的满意度。结论人本管理的实施在提高护理管理的效能,护理工作的质量,患者的满意度及满足护理人员自身发展的需求方面,都具有积极意义。
Objective To explore the use of people-oriented management in nursing administration. Method In the nursing administration, the nurses were required to enhance their quality consistently and their incentive was stimulated to meet the needs of patients. Results The people-oriented management stimulated the enthusiasm, working out to exert their potentials. The satisfaction rate of patients was increased. Conclusion The implemention of people-oriented management plays a positive role in increasing efficacy of nursing administration, nursing quality, the satisfaction rate of patients as well as meeting the needs of self development of nurses.
