受传统公共行政体制的影响,我国的版权行政管理迄今仍具有计划体制的某些特征。新公共管理的理念和管理方式对我国版权行政管理改革有着重要的现实意义,对政府角色的重新定位、在版权行政管理中引入市场化的政府工具、以企业家精神重塑行政文化等具有新公共管理特征的措施可望为提高我国版权行政管理效能提供新的助推力。

Influenced by disfigurement traditional public administration, China＇s copyright administration demonstrates some characteristics of planned economy. Theories and methods of New Public Management like market-oriented tools, re-identifying the？role of government, and reframe the administrative culture with entrepreneurism and so on, are being introduced to the Chinese copyright administration reform, which will definitely enhance the overall performance and the efficiency of the copyright administration.
