摘要
用钢制侵彻体对三维正交机织复合材料在MTS材料试验机上作准静态侵彻测试,得到的准静态侵彻位移-载荷曲线用来研究材料的能量吸收和破坏模式。根据三维机织复合材料的细观结构建立单胞模型,结合应力更新原理编写用户子程序(VUMAT)。利用ABAQUS有限元软件及用户子程序模拟实验过程,得到的位移-载荷曲线与实验对比,可以看出有限元计算得到的结果与真实实验比较吻合,表明单胞的建立和用户子程序的编写是正确的。
The quasi - static penetration test on 3 - D orthogonal woven composites is conducted at MTS by a steel conically - cylindral indentor. The penetration displacement - load curve is obtained to analyze the energy absorption and failure mode. Based on the microstructure of 3 - D orthogonal woven composite, a unit - cell model is established. A user - defined subroutine ( VUMAT) containes stress update theory and unit cell of the 3 - D orthogonal woven composite is incorporated with a finite element code ABAQUS/Explicit to simulate the penetrating process of the composite plates. The FEM calculated load - displacement curves, deformations and failure mode are compared with those in experiment. The good agreements of the comparisons prove the validity of the unit - cell model and user- defined subroutine VUMAT.
