粮食运输通道建设项目风险评价

摘要 本文利用风险控制理论，结合我国粮食运输现状，尝试建立一套针对粮食运输通道建设项目风险评价的指标体系，将定性指标量化，既可用于单个项目的风险评价，又可用于多方案比较。
