136名高职毕业生的职业承诺与主观幸福感的相关研究 被引量:3

摘要 本研究采用的是根据Meyer等编制的问卷改编的问卷对在连云港港口工作的136名高职毕业生进行测量,结果发现其职业承诺水平一般。其中代价承诺水平最高,且未持有职业资格证书者与持有职业资格证书者的职业承诺各维度基本统计值存在不同情况。不同性别、年龄、职业资格证书的级别、是否担任部门管理工作的被测量者在职业承诺三个维度上的承诺水平存在差异。职业承诺各维度与主观幸福感的相关分析表明:情感承诺与主观幸福感呈极显著正相关。 Questionnaire used in this study is one adapted according to questionnaire prepared by Meyer, 136 Vocational graduates ,who has worked in Lianyungang port, have measured and showed that the general level of commitment to their career. The price commitment hold the highest level .There are different situation in basic statistical dimensions between one who held no professional qualification certificates and one who are holders of vocational qualification certificate in career commitment. Measurers of different gender, age, the grade of vocational qualification certificates, worked in the management sector in three dimensions professional commitment level is different. Dimensions of professional commitment to the SWB correlation analysis showed that: emotional commitment and the SWB was significantly positively correlated.
