摘要
介绍了BOD微生物传感检测仪(BODs)的研究进展及应用前景。在分析BODs的工作原理及其在水质测定中的优点的基础上,重点介绍了其核心部分——微生物膜的研究现状以及制备过程中存在的问题。并根据BODs研究现状提出今后研究的重点:分离挑选广谱高效的微生物菌种、改进固定化技术及选择合适的固定化材料。
The development and application of BOD microbial sensor (BODs) was introduced in this paper. Based on the analysis of determination mechanism of BODs and its advantages on water detecting, the key point of the BODs: microorganism selecting and immobilization was emphasized. Furthermore, it was proposed that improvement of microorganism selecting and cell immobilizing should be the development trend of the study.
