摘要
目的:探讨体育锻炼对血液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSF-Px)活性改变的影响.方法:对高海拔2262m经常参加体育锻炼(锻炼组)和不经常参加体育锻炼(非锻炼组)的大学生全血中GSH-PX活性进行了测定,结果:非锻炼组为164.73±32.50(活力单位);锻炼组为218.62±48.87活力单位),显著高于不经常锻炼组(p<0.05).结论:体育锻炼能明显升高血液中GSH-Px活性,保护细胞膜完整性、消除自由基,增强体内免疫功能等作用,加快脂质氧化物分解.
Aims Discussion of physical training on blood glutathione peroxidase (GSF-Px) activity changes affected. Methods : High elevation of 2262 m in regular physical exercise (exercise group) and not participate in regular physical training (exercise), the Students whole blood GSH-PX activity were measured, Results : The non-exercise group of 164. 73± 32.50 (dynamic units) ; exercise group for 218.62 ± 48.87 vitality units), significantly higher than that regular exercise group (p 〈 0.05). Conclusion : physical exercise can significantly increased blood GSH-Px activity, the protection of membrane integrity,eliminate free radicals, enhance immune function, lipid oxides accelerate decomposition.
