我国职业技术学校学生就业能力技能要素研究——在交通行业的调查研究

Research on the Skill Factors of the Students' Employability in Vocational Technology Schools of China:Survey in the Transportation Industry

近年来我国劳动力市场结构性失业问题突出,以市场需求为导向培养学生就业能力成为职业教育发展的重要目标,世界各国都根据自身劳动力市场特点对劳动者就业能力进行研究,以指导教育培训事业发展。本文针对职业技术学校学生就业能力中的技能要素,通过访谈和问卷方法在交通行业职业技术学校中开展调研,构建出我国职业技术学校学生就业能力技能要素模型结构。调研结果还表明,在就业能力技能要素各子项中业务操作能力最为重要,并且,目前企事业用人单位和职业技术学校对于学生就业能力中不同技能子项的关注程度是有较大差异的。

Recent years, structural unemployment lies in the labor market obviously. Improving the students＇ employability which oriented by the market needs has become the important object of the vocational technology education development. According to the character of labor market, the labors＇ employability has been researched in the countries of the world, which can instruct the education and training development. For researching on the skill factors of the students＇ employability, we survey in the vocational technology schools of transportation industry by the methods of interview and questionnaire, dreaming up the skill factors model of the students＇ employability in vocational technology schools of China. As a result, it indicates that the operation skill is the most important in all of skill factors in the students＇ employability model, and it appears difference that the skills have been taken into account in the employability between the employers and the vocational technology schools.
