摘要
以叶用莴苣(Lettuce sativa L.)为试验材料,采用基质培方法,进行营养控制并及时收获,研究硼、锰、锌、铜、钼五种微量元素不同供应水平对莴苣产量与品质的影响。结果表明:在供试条件下,锌和钼是莴苣生长发育的主要限制因子;锌和钼的供应水平为2时(即0.02mg·L-1),对莴苣植株中的可溶性糖、抗坏血酸、蛋白质、硝酸盐含量和生物学产量有一致的较佳表达。
Using lettuce as experimental material and adopting the way of substrate culture, effects of different supply levels of B, Mn, Zn, Cu, Mo on the yield and quality of lettuce were studied through controlling nutrient and timed harvest. Results showed under experimental conditions, Zn and Mo were the most important constrained factors to the growth and development of lettuce. Results also showed contents of soluble sugar, Vc, protein, nitrate had better consistent expression with biological output of lettuce when the supply level of Zn and Mo was 2 (that is 0.02 mg · L^-1) .
