摘要 螺杆泵采油是近十多年迅速发展起来的一种新型机采方式,其抽油系统不仅节能高效,而且具有体积小、重量轻、安装方便、井口占地面积小、一次性投资及运行费用低和便于管理等优点。由于电机是主要动力设备,其节能技术改造的经济效益明显,所以针对其结构进行了拆除电机制冷风扇的优化及改造。改造后单台电机可降低造价1000余元,年节电约3000kw·h。 Screw pump petroleum production is a new mechanical mining style which were rapidly developed in the last 10 years, its system had many advantages such as small size, light weight, easy installation, small wellhead area covering, low one-time investment and operating costs, and manageable Etc. As the major power equipment, the economic benefits of motors energy-saving technological transformation are obvious. So we optimized and transformed its structure. After the transformation, a single motor could reduce cost of more than 1 000 RMB and save about 3 000 kW·h energy annually.
