费氏中华根瘤菌培养基的选择及优化 被引量:5

摘要 费氏中华根瘤菌(Sinorhizobium fredii)CCBAU110菌株在YMA、TY、PA、BSE4种培养基中的生长情况的试验结果表明,该菌株在YMA中生长较快。在YMA培养基中进行的碳源利用试验表明,以甘露醇为碳源的培养基中根瘤菌生长最好。按均匀设计表U11(1110)设计对YMA培养基中的6个组分进行优化试验,对所得结果进行相关回归分析,获得的最优的培养基配方为:甘露醇13.861g,酵母粉4.683g,MgSO4·7H2O0.099g,K2HPO40.359g,NaCl0.335g,CaCl20.010g,H2O1000mL。 Experimental results of growth situation of Sinorhizobium fredii (CCBAU110) cultivated in YMA, TY, PA and BSE showed that Sinorhizobium fredii (CCBAU110) growed faster in YMA. Experiment of carbon source using the stain in YAM also showed that mannitol was the best carbon source for the growth of strain CCBAU 110. Experimenting of uniform design according to the U11 (11^10) table and regression analysis on the six medium components, the optimum culture medium of strain CCBAU110 was mannitol 13.861 g, yeast 4.683 g, MgSO4·7H2O 0.099 g, K2HPO4 0.359 g, NaCl 0.335 g, CaCl2 0.010g, H2O 1 000mL.
