摘要
通过试验方法验证了FTIR/ATR技术快速检测蔬菜中有机磷农药残留的可行性,试验包括3个方面:检测单纯农药的红外光谱图;检测含农药的蔬菜;确定农药残留的最低检测限。试验结果表明:蔬菜中所含色素对农药的特征吸收基本没有干扰,表明FTIR/ATR技术可以对蔬菜上的农药残留进行检测,同时测定敌百虫的最低的检测限为0.2×10-6(体积分数),辛硫磷的最低检测限为0.02×10-6。
In order to validate the possibility about rapid detection of pesticide residue in vegetable by FTIR/ATR, experiments including detection of infrared spectrogram of pesticide, detection of pesticide residue vegetable and detection of the limit of pesticide residue was carried out. Results indicated that various pigments in vegetables could not interfere the characteristic absorb of pesticide basically. This means FTIR/ATR could be used in detection of pesticide residue in vegetable. In experiment, the lowest examination limit of dipterex was 0.2× 10^-6 (volume fraction) and the lowest examination limit of phoxim was 0.02× 10^-6. Key words:
