摘要
目的探讨MSCT检查对浸润型胃癌诊断及术前评估的价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实20例浸润型胃癌的MSCT检查资料。结果胃壁增厚、局部僵硬、蠕动消失或减弱、不均匀持续强化及胃外浸润、扩散、转移等为浸润型胃癌的主要表现。结论MSCT多期增强扫描,结合图像后处理,发现诊断浸润型胃癌敏感性强,术前评估正确率高。
Objective To discuss the evaluation of MSCT in the diagnosis of fibromembranous gastric carcinoma and operation in advance. Methods Analyze 20 eases of fibromembranous gastric carcinoma by MSCT proved after surgical and pathological findings in retrospective method. Results The clinical manifestations stomach wall becomes thieker1 parts stiff, creeping motion disappear or weaken, non - uniform strengthen continually, fibromembranous, proliferation and metastasis out of the stomach. Conclusions The method of using MSCT strengthen scanning and image processing technology is very sensitivity in the diagnosis of fibromembranous gastric carcinoma and the accuracy is high in the evaluation of operation in advance.
