综观中药研究新观点,试论药物开发新思路

Reviewing the New Study Viewpoints of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Discussing the New Ideas of Developping Medicine

综述了目前国内中药研究领域各学者推崇的主要研究新观点,即分子中药学、分子生药学、组合中药学、中药化学组学和中药基因组学。本文在阐明这些新观点的定义的同时,还比较了其含义的共性与差异。我们认为分子中药学概念的提出对于研究中药的分子组成、结构、理化性质及其药理活性,阐明组成中药的各分子对生物的反应性,即开发中药创新药物具有重要指导意义。

Summarized the new main research viewpoints of the present domestic Traditional Chinese Medicine （ TCM ） research field which scholars hold in esteem, such as molecular research of TCM, molecular research of pharmacognosy, Combinatory Chinese Medicine, TCM Chemics,TCM Genomics. The article expounds their definitions, compares their meaning commonness and differences among new viewpoints. We thought the molecular research of TCM concept have the important instruction significance to develop Traditional Chinese Medicine and innovate medicine, namely,it is important for us to research the molecular composition, structure, physical and chemistry property, its pharmacological activeness, and expound the biological reactivity of every molecule in the traditional chinese medicine composition.
