摘要
7℃制冷工程技术难度大,工艺复杂,目前世界上仅少数几个电站应用。冷却措施主要有两种:以水冷骨料为主的加冰、加水拌和混凝土;以风冷骨料为主的加冰、加水拌和混凝土。三峡△98.7m拌和系统的7℃工程,除两台进口片冰机外,其余设备均为国产。1996年5~8月共生产4℃~8℃混凝土83824.5m3。利用二次风冷技术,可在11℃工程中取消加冰冷却措施,从而简化拌和系统。
The 7℃ cooling works, covering a sophisticated technique and a complicated workmanship,has been put into operation in only a few stations in the world so far. The two cooling measures have been taken in concrete batching,i. e-,mixing conorete with water - cooled aggregates and supplementary ice and water,and with air -cooled aggregates and supplementary ice and water. The equipment and plants used in the 7℃ batching system at the Three Gorges Project all were made in China,except the two ice flakers- The 4 C ~8℃ concrete of 83 624. 3 m3 was produced during the period from May 1996 to August 1996. This batching system can be simplified if the secondary air cooling technique is adopled and the ice cooling cycle is can-celled in the 11 ℃ coo1ing works.
