社会经济形态的发展是一种自然历史过程,作为共产主义低级阶段的社会主义发展,也应是一种自然过程,中国过去在建设社会主义的实践中,离开生产力发展的实际水平,拔高了生产关系,在实践中遭到挫折。是邓小平建设有中国特色的社会主义理论,使中国人民对社会主义的认识和实践立于现实的基础之上。从中国国情出发,探索自己的发展道路,建设有中国特色的社会主义,才能发展中国,发展科学社会主义。

The development of socio-economic situation is a natural historical process, which is the same to that of socialism in the primary stage of communism. In China＇s previous practice of establishing socialism, it left the practical standard of the development of productivity and overstated productive relations which resulted in frustration in practice. It was Mr. Deng Xiaoping＇s theory of establishing socialism with Chinese characteristics that founded the socialism practice on reality. Only when starting from China ＂s state situation, exploring China ＂s own road of development and establishing socialism system with Chinese characteristics can China as well as the doctrine of scientific socialism develop.
