西部地区中小学骨干教师成长与发展问题研究

摘要 通过对西部地区百余名中小学骨干教师的调查研究,发现西部地区中小学骨干教师成长与发展的基本趋势与特点是:学历达标率高、任教时间长;忠诚和热爱教师职业;有坚定的职业信念以及可供借鉴、学习的榜样,成就动机强烈;能够自觉学习并尝试运用教育教学理论开展教育教学改革;喜欢钻研,善于向有经验的同行学习;师生关系和谐,容易和学生进行交流与沟通等。影响西部地区中小学骨干教师成长与发展的因素有社会、学校、家庭和教师自身因素等多个方面。西部地区中小学骨干教师对教师培训工作的意见和建议需要引起有关方面的高度重视。 Research findings presented in this paper are based on an investigation into the work and life of over a hundred backbone primary and secondary school teacher in the western regions. They indicated the developmental characteristics of the teachers: having good qualifications and rich teaching experience, being loyal to the occupation with firm faith and motive; having a strong sense of achievement; being willing to try out new teaching methods and learn from colleagues; and keeping good relationships with students and their families. Factors affecting the teachers included those from society, schools, families, etc. Proposals made by those teachers with regard to teacher professional training should be given attention.
