长潭水库汇洪洞在第一次改造时,由于设备及安装原因,各种故障不断,后来经过多方研究,进行第二次改造,最终将设备改成比较落后却稳定性更好的系统。

Due to the equipment and installation causation, Changtan reservoir suffered all kinds of fault after the 1st upgrade. The 2nd improvement during the many sides of study transfers the equipment into the more reliable but behindhand system.
