摘要
纳米硬颗粒材料是晶粒及晶界等显微结构达到纳米级尺度的超细化材料,用其制得的复合涂层其硬度、耐磨性、电阻率等性能有很大的提高,在提高机械设备的使用率上起到越来越重要的作用。
The nanometer hard granular materials are the supper thin material that the crystal grain and the crystal boundary etc. which microstructure achieved the nanometer level. The degree of hardness, wear resistance, electronic resistivity of compound coating which use these nanometer materials have been great improved. Which has take more and more important part in mechanical design.
