摘要
以ZnSO4·7Hz0为锌源,NazS为沉淀剂,使用均相沉淀法在聚乙二醇(PEG)溶液中合成了ZnS纳米球,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、X射线能量扩散光谱仪(EDs)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)、紫外发光可见光谱仪(UV—vis)对所得ZnS纳米粒子的形貌进行了表征,并研究了样品的激光拉曼散射光谱(Raman)和光致发光(PL)性质。结果表明,ZnS纳米球具有较好的拉曼活性和光致发光性质。
ZnO nanospheres have been prepared by using ZnSO4 · 7H20 and Naz S in polygol (PEG) solution. These nanostructures were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), X ray energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), Transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-vis spectroscopy (UV-vis), Laser raman scattered spectrometer (Raman), Photoluminescence (PL). The results indicated that ZnS nanospheres has good optical performance.
