摘要
本实验以轻质、多孔的硅藻土为主要基料,通过引入叶腊石、石英、锂辉石、硅灰石及粘土等原料,研制出了吸水率及强度均达到了国标要求,而体积密度仅为1.4~1.5g/cm^3的轻质多孔的内墙釉面砖用素坯。还借助了XRD、SEM等现代化手段对坯体在烧成过程中的物相变化以及低温烧结机理进行了分析。
A porous lightweight biscuit used in inner wall tiles ,whose base is the porous diatomite, was prepared successfully. Beside the diatomlte , some other materials such as pyrophyllite, quartz, spodumene ,wollastonite and clay were introduced for the performance of the biscuit . The result shows that the water absorption and Flexural strength of this biscuit have measured up to GuoBiao, in addition, its volume density only measured 1.4- 1.5g/cm^3 , Moreover, a analysis of the phase transformation in the process of sintering and the mechanism of the low-temperature firing was made according to the result from X-ray diffraction (XRD) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM).
