非洛地平缓释片与硝苯地平缓释片降压效果分析

THE CURATIVE EFFECTS OF FELODIPINE AND NIFEDIPINE

目的观察非洛地平缓释片的降压效果、不良反应和耐受性。方法164例轻、中度高血压患者随机进入研究,150例完成试验,其中非洛地平缓释片组(A组)76例,硝苯地平缓释片组(B组)74例。采用单盲给药,非洛地平缓释片自5 mg/d开始,硝苯地平缓释片自40 mg/d开始。2周后根据血压下降情况分别增加剂量至10g^15 mg/d和60~80 mg/d,4周后结束试验,按卫生部心血管新药临床试验指导原则中抗高血压药疗效评定标准判断疗效。结果A组与B组均有良好的降压效果,与治疗前比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05),但组间比较差异无显著性。结论两组不良反应均较轻,提示非洛地平缓释片对轻、中度高血压患者有良好降压效果,耐受性好,可作为抗高血压第一线药物。

Objective To observe the curative effects, side effects and drug-tolerance of felodipine, Methods 164 cases of hypertensives were randomly chosen,and 150 case of them completed the experimantal treatment. 76 cases formed Group A treated with filodipine, and the other 74 cases formed Group B treated with nifedipine. Single-blind methol was used to give patients the drugs, Group A started with 5mg of filodipine a day and Group B began with 40mg of nifedipine a day, 2 weeks later,the dosage reached 10-15mg in Group A and 60--80mg in Group B respectively according to the effects of the two drugs. The curative effects were assessed by the state standard, Results Both groups got good curative effects and had significant differences when compared with pretreatments（ P 〈 0.05）, But no signicant differences were found between the two groups, Conclusion Both groups showed only slight side effects. Felodipine can produce good curative effects on slight and moderate hypertension and has good durg tolerance.
