A Fusion on High-Altitude Platforms and Military Communication

平流层通信技术在军事通信领域的应用具有广阔的前景，同时也是一个包含多学科，难度较大的课题。本文紧紧围绕平流层通信技术在军事通信中的应用进行研究，在平流层通信模型，以及平流层通信与已有军事通信网络融合等方面取得了一些有意义的结果。

High-Altitude Platforms （HAPs） have the bright future and face lots of challenges in the military.It includes many subjects and research direciion.This paper focus on the military application of HAPs for communication and draw the meaning conlusions on HAPs communication model and the information fusion of existing technology.
