摘要
教员与学员地位的“异化”是指教员与学员的地位、角色在一定条件下发生变化,学员成为学习的“主人”,主观能动性得到有效调动,主体作用得到充分发挥,而教员则成为教学设计者,学员学习的指导者,教学过程的参与者。
The teacher and the student status on“disassimilation”is refers to the teacher and student's status,the role changes under the controlled condition, the student becomes the “master”, the student's subjective initiativeobtains the effective reassignment,the main body function obtains the full display, but the teacher becomes the teaching designer,the shepherd who the student studies, the teaching process participant.
