摘要
本文在较详细介绍多媒体通信技术和信息处理的基础上，较全面、系统地阐述了当今网络通信与视频会议系统等多媒体通信的基本原理，实际应用及网络通信的最新发展情况。
This Paper introduces multimedia communication technology and the information management, Then exposes the basic principle of multimedia communication, one of the typical examples is videoconferencing system, real application and the new development of networks communication technology.
