摘要
通过分析新媒体艺术的几种特点和国内外新媒体艺术作品，得出艺术的关键在于创造，而不能依赖于科技手段，需要通过艺术和技术的完美结合，才能得到完美的艺术效果。
Through analyzes the new media art several kind of characteristics and the domestic and foreign new media art work, obtains artistic the key to lie in the creation, but cannot rely on the technical method, needs through artistic and the technical perfect union, can obtain the perfect artistic effect.
